    While I am here I do have questions  you could answer. I keep getting Kernel error and crashes back to desktop while playing. I have a Geforce GTX 550 Ti card and my system can run it no problem but since I've installed the card I've had nothing but grief.

    If you haven't done so go into the 500 series area forum and make a post there about your problem. Please list all of your system specs to include make and model of PSU

    I also cannot get in touch with the support team. I am a new customer and ordered a graphics card on November 30th. Paid the money to Paypal and have had no notification when the card may be dispatched. It just says 'open' on the invoice and 'not shipped' !! How can I get to know when it will be shipped as this is a christmas present for a friend and I need it as quickly as possible. Your customer service is very poor as there is no answer when one rings. I have paid 187 euros for this and I want to know what is happenning. Please can you help??? Thankyou

    Thank you very much Mr Wolst for contacting me so promptly. I have looked this morning and my invoice says 'completed'. It does not make it clear that the item has been dispatched or when it may arrive . I am sorry but I am very new to ordering components from EVGA and expected to get a confirmation that it had been shipped. I really am anxious as this is a Christmas present for someone. Could you please confirm that the item (graphics card) has been dispatched and when I can expect it to arrive. Many thanks!
