My card definitely has RGB.  I have a new case, and because it has glass panels I can actually see the RGB now.   Problem is, my chair and the case is positioned in a position where the side of the LED is really annoying.   I would like to be able to control the RGB or I would also accept just turning it off.   
 
I installed precision x1 and have seen some videos of how to adjust the RGB.  Looks pretty straight forward, but at the top of the page it only has a vga 1, hwm, power, and rebar icons.   There is supposed to be another icon for LED< but it's not present.
 
My card is an evga 1080gtx ftw dt gaming, it has rgb.

    with a 1080 GPU you may need to use EVGA Precision XOC .... that was the GPU software when the 1080 was new

    FYI - set the LED to black = Off
     
    Also found this it might also be of help to control LEDs (I'm not sure, it is also older software from Nvidia)

    Hope you enjoy the 1080. It’s an older card now but still plays everything it seems just fine unless you have to have ray tracing.
