In order to make an RMA u need a support ticket number. How long does it take to get one? I already submitted a request. It seems other ppl around here get it pretty fast. I already mailed Jacob, but I´m not sure he´ll help since I´m in DK.

I´m so depressed that the 670 gtx sc doesn´t work properly.. Was so looking forward to my first EVGA product after hearing so many good things.

I suggest calling EVGA up as it's the quickest way to get one.

Otherwise, it should take a day, maybe two of troubleshooting via the normal support methods. This was my experience anyway

Ok, but thatll cost me a lot, I think.

I´m still not even sure if I have to RMA directly through EVGA. Is it not sometimes through the retailer? I didn´t buy it directly from the EVGA homepage.

If you RMA to retailer, they may send from stock which would be quick. Then again, they may send it back to EVGA, EVGA then send back to retailer who send to you.

I'd call the retailer and check which of the above will happen :)

Youre in DK?  Do you mean denmark? If so, you need to contact evga EU.

EVGA has a EU support team as well. http://www.evga.com/support/

FWIW: I emailed Jacob around 12:00 Midnight Eastern this morning. When I got home at 4:00PM I had an approved RMA and they just needed my CC# for collateral. That's fast...fastest RMA approval I've seen from the manufacturer.
