There is way too much whining on this forum.

I see this stuff on the photography forums I visit, too.  Just have to suck it up and get what you want now while supplies last or wait and take your chances.  I didn't want to a chance and have to wait more than 2 years again.

It was a joke, I was que'd for a few cards and I never got an email or anything. Even when they came in stock for general sale I got nothing.

Why didn't you buy when you saw them in stock?

I never said I did not. I'm just saying I never got any email wile in the que. It was not until recently that the cards came in stock outside of the que that I was able to buy anything. Some of the cards I was in que for are for sale right now, but no email or anything. 

I can't speak for your situation, but I received an email from EVGA (see below) stating that the wait-list for the 3090Ti Hyro was no more because they had sufficient stock (real reason is they did not produce any).  I figured this was across the board and that no one would be getting notifications of stock via email. except for the Kingpin (i.e. high end limited card).  As a result of this notification, I did not expect to receive an email from the date they sent me notification that I was no longer on the wait list and that I had to go to their eStore to get what I wanted.  I had to go out and swim with the sharks, but fortunately they had enough 3080Ti FTW3 Hdro cards that I was able to get one since the 3090Ti Hdro was not available.  Did you get a similar email about your wait list items?

I guess I was one of the unlucky ones.  I waited for the 3090Ti Hydro Copper card, but recently received an email from EVGA that I was booted from the queue for the card and had to wait and see if it ever showed up as in stock.  I decided to buy the 3080Ti FTW Hydro since it is in stock.  I guess they don't built many Hydro Tis cards.  I'm happy to get one at this point and can continue my now old build.  It's been some years waiting though because I was not settling on just any card.  I wanted a Ti Hydro.

No one in the queue got on email to purchase the 3090 Ti HC card. According to EVGA, it was put on hold due to unforeseen circumstances:

Thanks.  I never knew that.  At this time in the game shouldn't they say it will not be developed instead of it was put on hold? 
 
I'm really glad I purchased the 3080Ti Hyro Copper now before they sold out after the $430 price drop.

The 3090 ti HC webpage was removed from the product page. i.e., "it will not be developed..."

I never got an email like that ether. Only thing I ever got was any email confirming I signed up for the que.

Oh I see now.  That email is what alerted me to start checking their product page again.  If not for that email, I probably would've been late to the game.  I had pretty much given up until that email came in.
