The Corsair Obsidian Series 800D is the biggest case I have personally seen.  When I got mine, I was shocked...  When my wife saw it (she said), "Why do you need such a big case?"

The biggest case Ive ever had is my current one.
Its an Aluminum case measuring 24x24x9 and is 1/8 thick aluminum.
Eventually Ill cram a phase change system into it also...
Still need a MM optical drive bay, so the sidepanel/window is off in the pics.
 
 
 
I have a beautiful stainless steel case that measures 32x32x12 , but am gonna save that for a future build as I have no funds, hardware, or time to do it justice right now...

my full 42U server rack at work (if it counts :P) but for a normal case my moutain mods u2 UFO with the base is the biggest and baddest case i ever owned ever ! falcons case dwarfs mine though :( lol

You guys got nothin, new to the band wagon lol, had to, forgive me.
 
I have to dig my old moster out of the basement, but here is the closest picture of it that I could find online. They dont make them like this anymore.
 
This one is believe it or not SMALLER than the one that I have in the basement. Mine is a 10 bay, the one in the picture is a 6. I could fit 10 5.25 drives, and I think 8 Hdds This was all back when I was like 6. I think the Manufacture date on the case was like '91 I can remember heaving that thing around to work on it.
 
Heck when I started out with it, it was literally as tall as I was.
 
I kid you not, mine is up to my waist when I set it on the floor

Haf 932 is by far the biggest case i've owned. I don't think i'll need to switch to anything bigger for a very long time.

Corsair 800D, CM HAF 932, CM 690 II Advanced, CM Cosmos S, Sunbean Transformer.. By far the 800D towers over the rest....

The one I'm using now, a Silverstone Raven RV-01.  I saw an old Alienware tower at a LAN party once that may have been bigger, but could not have been by much.

My old Antec server case.  I actually have a pic of it in my mod rigs (Never updated my page from the 775 days).  I called it the Beige Monolith.

My Cooler Master ATCS 840 is pretty massive compared to the other cases I've had... i love it, but its a pain in the ass to carry around when i take it places

the biggest case ive ever had was the Thermaltake Armor+ Case. It was nearly twice the size of the HAF 922 im currently using.

The biggest and Heaviest Case I ever had was a Antec SX635, for a small mid tower it was built like a tank.

Current build with a Cosmos S. I thought it was big when I got it. I need more room though. Now I'm moving to the Danger Den Tower 29. Should hold everything I need perfectly.

My CM HAF X is by far my biggest case.  There a crapload of room inside.  Great for water cooling

Hmm the biggest computer case I have ever owned is my "Exteneded Acession" Mountian Mods case which is 24" tall x 18" wide by 24" deep, its one of the few cases that can make the SR-2 motherboard look small
