DMIINC bigster Only guns i have fired were an Uzi and a FN-Fal, most likley will never fire a gun again Why not? Because i live in the Netherlands and gun laws are really strickt, i fired those guns when i was in the army.

ZachA, have you been able to get some hands on time with a Saiga chambered in 5.45x39? I'm really wanting to get one and convert it back to an AK style, but I want to get some reviews from people with first hand experience. Thanks.

Yes I have, I own a Saiga 12 and my cousin owns both the 7.62x39 and the 5.45x39. My best advice is to buy one with a factory hand grip and not a rifle stock as it limits the ability to customize the grip and stock.

When you say hand grip, do you mean a pistol grip? And is your cousin's 5.45 saiga fairly accurate?
yes pistol grip, and its much more accurate then the 39, but not as much as 5.56/.223
