The only way to acheive silence and top cooling is with as many rads you can slam in a case. So with that said id suggest 2x 120.4 rads up top and 1 120.3 rad in the front. 11 fans in push for the rads.. so cool air blowing in from the outside of the case. The heat will expell from all the vents in the case. I wouldnt use the dust covers on top as it would limit the air and make the fans louder.

Now you can install a 120.4 rad in the front but not with 120.4 rads in top as it will hit.

This case you can also stack 2 on top of eachother so you could install a 120.5 rad in the front and a lot more rads in the other case or have more room in one case with all the cooling in the other case from the pc parts.

Top fan ive used for a simular silent setup was called Gentle Typhoon D1225C12B5AP 120mm 1850 rpm Silent Case Fan. There not made anymore by the original manufacter.. but i hear it is under different companys.

Heres a link to it on amazon..

Prob wont need a fan controller for it to silence it further but thats up to you. Test it out installed on the rad.

Anyways the concensous is that for ea componant thats cooled youll need a single 120 rad to cool it. So you need to overkill that idea to get great temps with sliw quiet fans. So with that said you have 5 items that need to be cool so with 2 quad and a tripple 120 rad youll end up with 11 120 rads.

I have 2x 120.3 rads in mine and cool my 1080 classified sli and 6700k great. Temps in the upper 30s to low 40s under heavy load. Though i have much louder fans (corsair sp120 high performance). Was the best they had for rads locally at microcenter. :/. They do come with a resistor to limit the speed of them to like half but ive yet to use it as i was going for max temps and top overclocking.

My last quad crossfire setup (7900) i did i had a huge mountain mods case and had 4 120.3 rads and 1 120.4 and all push pull fans and 2 tripple pump tops and a huge ek res. Was an all out once in a lifetime build. I had the gental typhoon fans, prob over 30+ total and it was totally silent!! Great temps as well.

They still make those cases but super expensive.

So in the end use a case you can use the most rads and use atleast 2 pumps if its more then 2 large rads id say.

I like the ek xe 60mm thick rad.. great high performance stats ive seen against dozens of other rads.

Oh forget about 140mm or larger rads. The 140mm fans are not as great yet as the 120mm fans are for rads.. not great static pressure.

Thank you @AHowes, super helpful! The nice thing is time is on my side: I can get items ordered and wait for them to arrive, not tributary on microcenter :)
