Several years ago I put together this board for my granddaughter. I'd like to upgrade to Win 11. I don't see any reference in bios to tpm, Intel ptt, or trusted computing. Any help is appreciated.

What O/S are you running on it now? Windows 10 will be good for another 2 years. Anyway I'll research this and see what I can find.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Based on what I was able to research you need to stick to windows 10. Your CPU as well as lack of TPM won't work for Windows 11 (not officially anyway).

She's still running an early Windows 10. CPU is an i7 4790k as I recall so plenty of power for her games, etc. And 16gb ram. I think somethings messed up in her Windows though because it won't successfully update to current 10. My plan when she visits in April is to wipe the hd and try to start over. BTW the mobo used to be mine and I had successfully installed Win 11 perhaps it was a beta though... According to a page here EVGA says a Z97 should be able to have tpm. So anyway... thanks for your reply.

You need to run the System File Checker and verify system integrity.

I'm fairly sure I had done that when I last was in front of her machine but it's been a year and she lives 3 states away. I will see her and her computer in April and do that and a few other things before i give up and wipe the hd clean and start over. Thanks for your input.
