Can some one help me with any tips or a link on how to install the Hybrid Cooler kit?

I bought it from Amazon, brand spanking new and I really don't want to mess up my $1000+ GPU to be messed up.

Any help would be much appreciated, even if you can supply a link to an existing answer, guide etc.

Thank you,
Voy.

    Hi there

I've installed Hybrid cooler, although I'm using GTX 980Ti Hybrid cooler which fits nicely Titan X

Regarding tips on installation, get good tools, some screws are really hard to temove if you have poor tools, check manual EVGA Hybrid GTX cooler which screwdrivers are you need to use..

Here is guide over on Youtube

My recommendation is only please use good tools and then you will be just fine and everything will be just perfect

You will love how temps drops under load abd idle,my temps are on idle at 22-25C and load in 45-50C,I've replaced supplied EVGA fan for BeQuiet PureWings 2 and I'm running my fan at 750-800RPM through the Phobya fan controller as stock supplied fan is loud and running at 100% is not for me there

    Hope this helps

    Thanks,Jura

Good morning and welcome to the forums, jura11. I found an instructional video by EVGA and posted it in his other thread here: http://forums.evga.com/TITAN-X-hybrid-cooler-install-help-m2497444.aspx

Thank you all for your input, gonna do this weekend!

So far only one person mentioned a custom fan curve , just to clear up the matter, will the rad fan spin up by itself as needed? And the existing RAM fan , do I need to Afterburner it or will it spin up and down by itself?

It will spin up and down on its own according to the settings in the boards BIOS but it is rarely enough to keep the board cool enough to prevent throttling due to high temperatures. This is why entering a 'Custom' fan profile in MSI Afterburner is useful. I generally have my fans running at their maximum speed when the video board reaches 70°C. The fan curve built into the BIOS is more focused on quiet operation than it is on performance.

Those are great temperatures. That liitle Hybrid cooler works just as good as my full loop with EK waterblocks. You did a really good job.

Thank you all! I love my Titan X again. That picture is just one snapshot, running Fallout 4 maxed out and my cave doesn't get hot any more.
