Hi, I am a first time builder and was trying to test-boot.

Installed CPU, Fan, two fan plugs to fan port and usb 3.0, installed ram, installed gpu. ATX and CPU cables from PSU to board, hdmi to monitor. Power on: Cpu and gpu fans spin (I was expecting to have to switch the board on). The cpu fan leds blink along with the PSU clicking in time with it. I'm mostly worried about the clicking and was afraid to leave it running for more than a few secs at a time while double checking connections.

I'm mostly wondering if I have either the fan or PSU plugged to the board incorrectly, or if my PSU is faulty. Probably a simple mistake, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Board is ASRock AB350m

Make sure the CPU power cable is seated correctly as well as the ATX cable. Make sure whatever CPU cooler you have is connected to the correct power fan header.
