I forgot to note the pinout while making a custom sata cable and can't find it anywhere. On all my other (non EVGA) PSU it's this way :
 

 
But it doesn't work on the supernova.
 
I looked around on the net and I can only find pinouts for the other cables.
 
Could anyone check what's the good one ? My cables look like crap with a molex to sata adapter

Well, that was the easy one, it's the sata port end. What I was looking for is the PSU end of the connector, as seen in my picture. 
 
I did managed to find another cable that came with the psu and the correct pinout is :
 

 
So, to match your picture, the top row is 5-4-3 and the bottom is 2-1
