Well after a long fall I finally some what completed my "Storm trooper v3" build.. There are a few things I want to change down the road.

First off I tried to us two pieces of wood to cover my power supply area. I would like to replace these with a piece of white plexi glass. I've seen people heat it up to shape them the way they like. I think that will look better than the wood does now..
I would also like to water cool my GPU. This will have to wait til tax season tho.. LOL

Build list:
ASUS P8P67 EVO B3
i7 2600k (still playing with the new bios)
Mushkin Blacklines 2x4GB DDR 3 1600
EVGA GTX 580 1.5GB
Seasonic x750 PSU
2x750GB Western Digital Blacks programs & games
2x60GB Mushkin Callisto Deluxe most used games and programs
Crucial M4 128GB OS
Anyways on too the pictures. Please don't mind the horrible quality....

A special thanks goes out to Zophar for surprising me with an AWESOME EK waterblock! I truly was humbled hen that showed up at my door! Thanks again!!

That was a misleading title for me! I thought this was a CM Storm Trooper case and was admittedly confused for a second. Very nice build though! I'm a fan of the white tubing with black accents throughout.

Very nice, the wood would look fine if you sand the rough side and attach the two pieces to better hide the gap (you could even seal the two together etc)

Sadly upgrade didn't happen... system is:

    AMD Athlon II X4 640
    GTX 570 Classified
    8gb Corsair Vengeance RAM 1600
    ASUS M4A78LT-M-LE mainboard
    NZXT BETA Evo case

Looks great! I love how the plate along the bottom hides the power supply and cables giving it a nice, clean look. Sounds like something I might have to look into with my rig

Well I always have "plans" but, money usually slows most of them down.. LOL

But, down the road I would like to get a water block for my GPU..

Looks awesome. I would have felt a little bad if I got you a waterblock with a copper top, so it looks like the right decision was made. I'm truly glad you like it. And I love the build. Keep up the good work that you do. Now go enjoy some games with your kids.

That sucks, I wish that I could help. But my ocing knowledge is limited to AMD and very little on X58, no P67:(. Hope you get it figured out soon.

Finally figured out my RAM issues... For some reason every time i went to set voltages manually it would revert back to 1.5v... Used the RAM profile to set it at 1600 @ 1.65v and it's overclocking much better now... Still trying to find my lowest stable volts at 4.43 GHz

    since you're using a 2600K wouldn't it be better to do OCs with {100x42, 100x43, 100x44, 100x45, ... ,100xK} , K belongs to .
    (yes, Im a mathematician..   )
I think you'll get better OCs that way.. try it.. ?
