Uh, pretty sure no. The current Product Timestamp column is timestamp of notification signup that was notified- ie the timestamp the latest person on the list signed up for notify. I'm saying we need a column of when they received teh notified email. So we know when the waves are when EVGA sends out emails saying you can order. Those are separate columns in the spreadsheet. The website is just showing the sign up date of the latest one in the list. but we don't know WHEN they received their order email. Otherwise we don't know if that current product timestamp email was sent out launch day or week 1, week 2, etc.
We have plans to add some data relevant to what you are wanting. It won't specifically be with your notifies as it's more of a product specific item (main page). But we do have plans for this. Stay tuned and glad to know people want it!

Main reason I think this is needed, is I noticed some individual product queues have stalled (no purchase emails in months), while others move along at a healthy pace (purchase emails every week). Without checking the site every week and making a note yourself to compare to what you wrote down last week, no way to really know how the list is progressing.

All I wanted to update you all that we have made some significant progress on adding what we're calling our v2 notifies. It's not quite ready to deploy yet as we have some more work to do and then we have to test it and make sure we don't break existing functionality. We do hope to launch it soon as we know that you are all wanting it badly. The queue position is part of this update when it arrives. wigenite

If I'm not mistaken, the queue opened at 6AM PT. They signed up 30 minutes after queue opened (probably due to luck since most people couldn't get in until 7:30AM PT) and then you signed up for the notify an hour after.

Product Timestamp is the latest time we have on record of someone reporting having received their email to order. It's essentially where the queue is at. If your timestamp is prior to that timestamp and you haven't been notified, you should notify support@element35gaming.com. If your timestamp is after that, then you are still waiting.

Product Timestamp is the latest time we have on record of someone reporting having received their email to order. It's essentially where the queue is at. If your timestamp is prior to that timestamp and you haven't been notified, you should notify . If your timestamp is after that, then you are still waiting.

I know it's a bit off topic, but is anyone from EU having problem with EVGA checkout? I was trying to prepare myself for tomorrow's drop, but whenever I try to checkout any product, I get the 404 Error screen with this error: The request from (MY IP) at 2021-06-09 15:39:54 GMT for the URL /carteu/checkout_shipping.aspx cannot be served due to error 17 on the host secure.evga.com. Tried log out, and relog in, tried clearing cache, tried on another computer with another account.. No succeess. Anyone else experiencing this problem? :(

I added what I could but it wouldn't accept the 3080 ti hybrid because I received the notification on the same day as registering...
I attempted to add the timestamp ( 12G-P5-3968-KR6/3/2021 7:30:52 AM PT Yes (Jun 3, 2021, 12:22 PM PT)) and it let me. Try again, make sure you don't have any surrounding whitespace (known issue we're looking into). edit: I didn't mark it as received... that is where the issue is coming from. We will look into this. Already did that, they only just suggested to log out, log in, clear cache and typical solutions like these ones, and then got no other responses. But as I said, I tried and it didn't work.. Some days ago I could proceed to checkout without any problems, but of course not the day before the drop.. XD

Your work around is to first add it without marking it as notify sent. Then edit it and when you edit it, it will allow it to be edited with the notify sent and notify date.

So we have been launched for a week now and just wanted to say thank you to all that have supported us thus far. We have amassed an average of 215 users per day so far and 683 notifies added per day. Is there any sort of spreadsheet where we can view each 3080 TI entry and sort by model? I just want to get an idea on the amount of people in the queue for each minute. Really excited for that 3968 notification I should get soon.

Hsnyd Is there any sort of spreadsheet where we can view each 3080 TI entry and sort by model? I just want to get an idea on the amount of people in the queue for each minute. Really excited for that 3968 notification I should get soon.

Maldyy Already did that, they only just suggested to log out, log in, clear cache and typical solutions like these ones, and then got no other responses. But as I said, I tried and it didn't work.. Some days ago I could proceed to checkout without any problems, but of course not the day before the drop.. XD
I saw error 17 a lot when the site was dying last week. If I had to guess, it's a server side error with a load balancing server or database. Perhaps EU site is still pointing to a cloud instance that no longer exists due to them provisioning better resources? This is NOT something a forum user can help with, and forwarding messages to the dev team is far above the pay grade of customer support reps. You need to get the attention of an established PR face of EVGA. I think there's a Jacob on Twitter. Images speak louder than words, so write a very concise description, attach a zoomed in screenshot of the error, @TEAMEVGA @<EVGA_Whoever> and any appropriate hashtags. You need eyes on this from someone who knows when to email a senior dev/CD coordinator OR cross your fingers that they find and fix the problem organically in the next 18ish hours. Last ditch effort, email "webmaster" or "admin" @ <domain.com> to notify someone in charge that there's a problem. Though I'd bet those addresses receive a ton of spam and are typically only used with small to medium sized websites. Don't expect that tree to bear any fruit.
