Sli Gtx 670 who dont have the same core speed and memory speed

exemple: one GTX 670 SC with GTX 670 FTW 
Core speed are diffrent and the memory speed very near.
I question me if it will be ok to run in sli perfect?

    They will run just fine. Boost clocks will most likely run at different speeds anyways.

    Do i need to get the less clocked card in the pcie slot 1 to work or anyware its work?
    Because i see forum on this it say he need to put the less clocked card in slot 1 due to the highest clock to the other .
    The slot 1 card will downclock the second.
    A lot say it crash it not do this.
    I wonder if its the same with the 600 series?

    With the 600 series I doubt it. Even if it was a 500 Series it didn't really matter. I would not worry about it.
