Storage sense seems interesting. I will have to look further into it.
It removes 30 day old Recycle Bin items and temporary Windows Files. This is hardly revolutionary stuff.

Yet emptying the recycle bin is revolutionary stuff for anyone older then 60 years old it seems. I often help out my parents and find a ton of random stuff in the recycle bin though it's not like they really need the 2TB hard drive they have so it's not that bad I guess.

I've been getting my wife to use cloud storage lately. She makes instructional videos and does photography and thinks it's reasonable to have 10TB of storage on her home PC and then complains about the cost of the drives and the shelf life of them.

I can understand having 10TB of photos. I tried to keep most of my photos in a RAW state but decided I needed to cut back and just go for the important photos in RAW. JPEG is good enough when you are trying to save space.

Hibernation is the biggest waste of space. That shouldn't even be enabled by default these days.
