Featuring a curved (1800R) VA panel powered with QLED technology, 5120×1440 resolution, 4ms G2G response time, and 120Hz refresh rate, the LS49A950UIU looks to be a versatile monitor for various use cases. Moreover, the panel has a 10-bit colour depth, a 3000:1 contrast ratio and a typical brightness of 350 nits, but it should be able to peak at 400 nits, given that it has VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. All this allows the monitor to cover up to 95% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut.

The connectivity options offered by this monitor include a USB-C port with 90W of power delivery, 3x USB-A 3.0 ports, a LAN port, a 3.5mm audio jack, a DisplayPort and 2x HDMI ports. Additionally, this monitor also features 2x integrated speakers, a KVM switch, and both flicker-free technology and eye saver mode to reduce the user’s eye strain. The included stand offers a slew of adjustment options, including tilt, height adjustment, and swivel. However, you can further increase these options through a compatible VESA 100×100 monitor arm. This monitor is already available to order in a few stores for €1200 in Europe, but the delivery date is still unknown.

It's beyond my price range. It's a super looking monitor for business or gaming.

It’s not as bad of a price as I thought it would be but still pretty expensive. For people in an office environment that need the width it would be a good monitor. I just don’t know how many gamers would afford it since you can get a top of the line 4K display for less.
