I have the same monitor with the same card and I can see the bios and go into it. I also use display port. I don't think that is a graphic card problem it might be something else. Check the cable in another port or change to a new better higher quality cable but again I do think that us the case. there might be a problem with the motherboard. my asrock taichi x570 have a application to go to uefi after restart , do you have something similar for your motherboard.

    In Windows

    > All Settings
    > Type BIOS in search
    > Change advanced startup options
    > Choose Restart now (wait for reboot)
    >  Troubleshoot
    > Advanced options
    > UEFI Firmware
    > Restart

This "should" load the bios on reboot. Once you are in there see if there are any options like quick boot or fast boot. Disable onboard if you have it.

I don't know everything but from experience similar to this it had something to do with my driver, which is loaded specifically for the BIOS, if I am not mistaken.  If you try the above and just get a blank screen, you may have to try connecting to onboard temporarily to find the setting that will allow the bios to display and then switch back to the 3080. Good luck and try to keep up with the steps you take that finally works and post them. It may help someone else down the road.

You could try disabling fast boot in the bios.

You don't have to see the bios screen to get into it, just hit whatever hotkey and it will show up eventually.

Another thing to look in to is updating the firmware on your monitor - I had the whole "240Hz not working with NVidia cards" that the firmware update for my monitor solved, it's possible updating the firmware on yours, if you haven't yet, might fix or help with this issue.
Sometimes I get display during boot up for the initial "hit this to do this" BIOSish screen, sometimes I don't, so I'm sort of experiencing what you are, but not on a constant basis.

I have a G9 with this same issue, its the monitor's issue. I'm going to tell you how to workaround it. As soon as you turn on your pc (or reboot intending to get into bios), bring up the monitor's OSD (the monitor's menu), and keep playing with it (so it doesn't time out), all you have to do is keep the OSD on top, as long as it is on while you're pressing del to get into the bios, it will display the bios, once it does, you can let the OSD time out. (I guess keeping the OSD up kind of "wakes" up the monitor so it gets the signal).

This seems to work for everybody I know (got the tip from the ultrawide master race reddit).

I have both the G9 and G7 and if you havnt updated to the latest firmware you can go into your bios and set the boot to CSM/UEFI and set windows to UEFI , if you have the bios set to UEFI only then it will not show the post/boot screen and you should be able to see the post screen on boot. I will post links to get the latest firmware 1009.3 and that should be fixed if not if you have a CSM option is bios that should fix it same goes for the G9 its fixed with 1008.1. I had the same issue when I had dual 2080Ti and it carried over to the 3090. It has nothing to do with what version of driver your using. Trust me if you have a CSM option in bios that will fix it , if you just happen to have a old school speaker connected to the motherboard you may hear an additional 2 beeps during boot but after that it should show your bios/post screen.

The North American site tends to remove the firmware from download for some reason at times. I run 1009.3 on 3 different G7 monitor mine and my sons and use 1008.1 on my G9
