This has been driving me nuts!!!
Tried from numerous desktops, laptops, tablets and finally got through from my cell phone3 days ago and got tickets for a summer show. Tonight, went back on to score tickets to another show from my desktop and same thing. Then I remembered my phone worked so I went on and "We apologize. We are unable to complete your request on this device" AGAIN!!! WTH
I've cleared cache, cookies, history. Tried with AV off, different browser (ie & ff)
Anyone got this figured out? whata PITA!
