Restock Fee for EU customers

Hello,
 
I'm customer from Europe and recently I bought a graphic card from store.
Unfortunately I'm unhappy with this particular piece. I'd like to return the product.

I've searched information about returns in eu.evga store, and something concerns me.
There is information about 15% restock fees and no refund for shipment costs.

According to this official European Union website -
Everyone from Europe has right to full refund and the refund must include any shipping charges I've paid.

Can you clarify this please? Does your Return Policy where you charge restock fees and don't refund shippment, also applies to Europeans?

This is very confusing for customers becasue its in contrast to European law, I'd like to know the EVGA staff opinion. Thank you in advance.

    Thank you for your respond. But still I'm confused about the shpping cost;

    1. Quoting EVGA Store Policy: "EVGA does not offer any refunds on shipping once the order has shipped to the customer and the customer is responsible for any transit"

    Do I get refunded the shipping cost from your EU warehouse to my home? It was ~8,12 €.


    I'm asking because according to Europa.eu: "This refund must include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, the trader may charge you delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard (express) delivery."


    2. My second question is, if I send you back the graphic card with DPD, do you accept Paypal Refunded Returns? - www.paypal.com/ee/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

    I've payed my EVGA order with Paypal.


    3. Third question, do you accept return if the film was removed? There was warning: Remove the film before use.

    There were 2 link posted in my previous post, 1 linking to Paypal Refunded Returns site, the other with imgur photo with protective film removed, I hope the links are visible to moderators or EVGA staff members.

    Leave off the http:// or https:// from your links and the rest will not be deleted from your Posts.

    Get your return shipping costs refunded.
