Any of the Kingpin crew up and using resizable bar yet? What vbios mode did you flash to? I had mine on the LN2 bios but decided to stop and see what others are doing first before i flashed mine in. Thinking i will move the switch to the normal bios and flash it in on that one.

Does this new vbios change the power max output?

    I know peeps saying X1 will not update the vbios so what's up with this? I stopped right here and clicked cancel because i did not want to overwrite my LN2 BIOS.

    I updated vbios in my kingpin. Started with Standard bios and it updated with 450w bios. I then switched to LN2 mode. It then recognises its 520w when updating and will update with 520w bios. Didn't bother with OC vbios update as I just leave mine in ln2 mode 520w bios all the time.

    Yeah it's fine. So if you leave your bios switch in standard mode on your kingpin, it will update the vbios with the updated standard 450w bios.

    The "LN2 BIOS" is just a silly marketing name.  People who use the card with LN2 don't actually use the LN2 BIOS; they use a XOC BIOS.  I wish that EVGA would stop using the "LN2 BIOS" name for something which no LN2 users use and only non-LN2 users use.

    So i don't know how it happened but i flashed it on the normal BIOS and it changed it to 520W. Not a big deal i guess.
