Wow 130 bucks for a fugly mouse? I wish Razer would quit hitting every device they make with the fugly stick. Although their laptop is the exception, sadly. Good thing I stick to a good quality and INEXPENSIVELY nice looking keyboard\mouse combo from Logitech.

No thanks... Razer products have never impressed me.

I retired my tarantula last week. Never had a single problem with it. Now waiting for the ultimate black widow to show up in stock in moscow.
Yeah, I use only razer. Really like their stuff.

I'm interested, simply because it is right or left handed. Not many nice options for lefties. I always thought it would be nice if they made a left handed R.A.T.

only razer product i have owned thus far is my ac-1 sound card and i love it, never gave me a lick of trouble since day one unlike all the others i tried, however i do have it in my plans to get either a naga hex, or naga molten ed here as soon as i can :D

I like this mouse coz I like the RAT7 and since I'm a lefty this razer ambidextrous version seems perfect for me. But there is no way in hell I'm gonna pay that much money for a mouse. What a rip-off!!

AHH man the rat mouse. I like how customizable it is but I hate how its made from Madcatz. We all know how cheap Madcatz is with xbox, PS3 accessories are. I love Razors mouses but their keyboards suck. I have a Razor carcharias headset. I think the best mouse is my mouse which is the Alienware TactX gaming mouse because it fits my hands perfectly and its super fast. check out the picture how perfect it is. Had the Razer Lachesis (spelling?).  Hated it...was sort of happy when it went poof a few months ago. 
 
Purchased the RAT 7 (I think, didn't really pay that much attention to be honest).  I like this thing...extremely flexible and well built.  Doesn't feel 'cheap' in the least (something I cannot say about the Lachesis).  Great gaming mouse imho...although it isn't that bad for general purpose use either.
 
 

Its about time someone else made a mouse comparable to the RAT 7. IMO all high end gaming mice should be designed to be adjustable like this. The RAT 7 is the only gaming mouse i've had that is comfortable for all day use.

i don't know how people like the rat 7. i bought it cuz it had the pinky finger rest option but if you put that attachment on the mouse it wobbles. sure aside from that the mouse has felt great but that is one of the big selling points for me an it failed. so till they make the attachments work right the mouse is trash

Had the R.A.T 7, never wobbled with that attachment. You must have gotten a bad mouse. My issue with the mouse was with tracking which was a known issue. I finally got fed up with it and smashed it lol.

 
i have the newer verison that had the upgraded laser. maybe they changed the attachment at that time also :(

Tracking issues are due to these companies continuing to use the philip twin eye laser bs. Rat series has it, and razer started using it with the lachesis. Almost all razer mice out since lachesis are philips twin eye lasers exluding the abyssus which is an optical mouse.
