RTX 3090 is worth it to you, if you are not hurt by the price. I was going for a 3080 myself, but stumbled on the 3090 FTW3 Ultra, I thought about it for a moment (long enough to risk losing it) and I bought it.
No regrets, but I spent 1k on a Titan X new back in 2015, so I was already in the customer base this was targeted at.

It is a pretty dumb question without any context. I mean all it takes is a little common sense to know there are many factors at play here yet you did not bother to provide one bit of information. And it seems most people on this forum never really ask even the most basic questions.
What are your specs?
What resolution and framerates do you want?
What type of games do you play?
Are you able to get one at or near MSRP?
Are you equally able to get a 3080 or 3080 ti?
Will you use it for anything other than gaming?
