Hopefully this will help someone, I spent awhile looking for data and didn't find much. Below will show current Ethereum hash rates using NBminer (w/ monitor on, rate is 124MH/s with monitor off) and pictures of the entire build. Before any changes to hardware or software i was getting about 110MH/s but throttling at 110C Vram.
 
GPU OC only used mining When gaming, I set GPU clocks back to zero offset.
 
EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 OC (GPU 47C, VRAM 88C under 100% Load)
-Air cooler replaced with EVGA Hybrid Cooler.
-All thermal pads replaced with 12.8 W/mK 1.5mm pads.
-3x Heat sinks (40x40x11mm) applied to back plate directly on rear facing VRAM.
-3 PCI Fans Directly above (pull) GPU.
- Memory +1350Mhz, Core +150Mhz, Power Limit 70%, Fans set to Auto

-AMD Ryzen 9 5900X (120mm x2 push/pull radiator) - OC 4.2Ghz
-Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 - EVGA FTW3 Hybrid (240mm radiator)
-DDR4 32GB (4x8GB) 3200MHz CL16
-ASUS TUF X570 Pro (Wi-Fi)
-2x M.2 Samsung 980 PRO PCIe 4.0 1TB (Rocket Heatsink with Built-in Cooling Fan)
-EVGA 850w Gold+ PSU
-7x 120mm Intake Fans
-Corsair 5000D Airflow Case

    Is there a question in there? I am going to guess you are upset about the temps. from my research into this (I have the same card and the cooler that I haven't installed because I don't have a card to drop in its place) your temps are going high because of the memory junction isn't getting contact with the thermal pads. a lot of people say you need 2mm pads around the memory junction. this thread has a ton of info. https://forums.evga.com/3090-Kingpin-others-Get-that-backside-VRAM-cool-m3219773-p7.aspx#3228558

    No no, just sharing what I found to get the Temps down as much as possible. I'm very happy with 88c down from 110c.

    ahh- I sit at 90 with just a desk fan fan blowing (no OC and gpu fans turned off) and my hash is around 125 with all 4 monitors turned off. As soon as I get a 3080ti I am gonna rip out the 3090, hybrid it and build an actual mining rig to fill in with all the random GPU's I have gotten since xmas. Sucks not being able to game on my PC but the ps5 and xbox seies x have some decent games that don't need 4k @120

    Thermalright, Amazon special. The pads that come stock are less than 4 W/mk

    im getting 98-100c with the hybrid im mining and daily use while i mine.  im putting heatsink on the backplate dont think it helps that much

    So I was extremely disappointed when I added three good sized heatsinks directly on the backplate where the ram is.. however, look at my picture, you can see the three pci fans right above the gpu, massive difference. I tried the fans without the heatsinks and same thing, no difference. But the 2 together are significant
