I'm not sure what you're saying the problem is?
Is it that MSI Afterburner only lets you go +105/+1000 but you want to go higher?
If that's the case use Precision X1, it let's you go higher.
Or are you saying that is the point where your card starts to be unstable?
I have been a bit disappointed in my FTW3 3080Ti Hydro Copper's ability to overclock. I kind of just stopped messing with it because I wasn't even close to what I was hoping for and was getting full on PC restart crashes. In my experience it is more common to just have the benchmark stop early with an error message when you're just making small adjustments between runs, but the 3080Ti likes to shut my computer down when it's not happy.
On my custom water cooled 3080 I was able to push both GPU clock and mem clock much higher. My temps are great on the FTW3 Ultra 3080 Ti HC, but I can't go more than +120 on the GPU or +1100 on the mem. For me it's just about competing against my other benchmarks in Time Spy and Port Royal, which the 3080Ti HC does compared to the 3080 without any overclocks. But my FTW3 Ultra 3090 with self installed Hybrid kit overclocks like a beast and I was hoping I could get close with the 3080Ti HC.
