Hello, my case is next
I had 2 graphics cards connected to the PC, a 12 GB 3060 XC EVGA to give the PC an image
And an RTX EVGA 3080 FTW3 ULTRA to flash it from NVFLASH
By mistake I flashed the 3080 with the 3060 rom and now from the device manager I see 2 RTX 3060, one is the one that is fine, which is 1, and the second that appears transparent after clicking on show hidden devices, a message appears 2 rtx 3060, which when you give it puts what you see in the photos
 
The rtx 3080 appears as 3060 when flashed badly, when you revert the driver it does nothing, from several versions of nvflash the 3060 appears, which is fine, but the other one does not appear so I don't know how to flash it
 
Using DDU in safe mode I was able to put the 3080 as the basic display adapter, but when connected to nvidia it updates directly as 3060 because it has the 3060 rom inside
 
Any solution or help is appreciated, since now I have the gpu as a paperweight

Thanks for your answer and for spending a few minutes on my post, that was ruled out, since I updated the bios from NVFLASH neither with the normal bios nor with OC it works, it gives the same problem
I think that if I had the EVGA 3080 FTW3 ULTRA RTX driver in INF format, I could upload it from device manager and I think that way the gpu would appear in nvflash and I could flash it, but I don't know, if anyone knows anything else I'd appreciate it

Thanks for the input, before I buy that usb and the tweezers and get to it, apart from the fact that it seems somewhat complicated but I would have no problem buying it and trying it, I would like to try all the other possible ways before having to spend money on tools Hopefully it will be fixed, if it doesn't work in all possible ways, I will buy the tools that I saw in the link of the post that you sent, which looks very good by the way, thank you very much
I have tried some versions of Nvflash from windows 11, and freedos nothing else
If there is any other way, or nvflash codes that I don't know or any information that leads to solving my problem, I appreciate it very much.

Those are your only two options. If nvflash isn’t working you’ll need to do what is described in the link I posted.

I bought the USB programmer, in 5-6 days it arrives
Until then, I'm open to other solutions, if from here until the usb arrives I don't fix the gpu, I'll start using the usb programmer and I'll keep you informed

Any other operating system to use nvflash besides windows 10?
Any way to flash a ROM from a gpu without using nvflash? Thank you!!

As Sajin said in his post, your only choices are NVFLASH or a ROM programmer.
It has nothing to do with the version of OS you are using. If the card does not show up under Win 10 it will not show up in any OS.
If you cannot flash the BIOS with NVFLASH, you will have to use a manual ROM programmer to reflash your cards BIOS.

I rule out Nvflash since I tried it in several versions and ways and it does not appear
