RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA Boost Clock ?

Can someone tell me why when you look on Newegg and amazon they both clearly Say the FTW3 ULTRA has a Booost Clock of 1800 MHz but on the EVGA website says TBD MHz Boost ? What is going on with that inquiring minds want to know please

    I noticed this as well. Nothing to worry about as i've seen the FTW Ultra boost to over 2ghz in almost every test. Just set a aggressive fan curve to keep it cool and it will boost like a beast

    This has been discussed in a couple other threads...
     
    They are verifying the MHz Boost Clock/Texture Fill Rate and once that is done, the site will be updated. 
     
    BTW. The Newegg link shows "Not available". Vs. "Notify me". They may be tweaking their own page of that GPU as well. https://www.newegg.com/evga-geforce-rtx-3080-10g-p5-3897-kr/p/N82E16814487518

    1800 seems a bit low considering that reviews have shown consistent boosting to 1950+.

    1800 is the minimum it's guaranteed to boost to. Silicon lottery dictates not every one of them will be able to boost up much (if any) higher than that otherwise they'd be specced higher. Reviewers get some of the best quality cards for obvious reasons, hence most reviewers will be able to boost and OC pretty damn high.
