1) Yes, it is possible to replace the fans as it is on almost any cooler, however you will have disassemble the heatsink to do so
2) If you modify or otherwise alter the stock heatsink and fans, your warranty will be void.
3) No, EVGA does not sell individual parts for DIY repairs.
Just send the card in for warranty service should a fan fail during it's coverage period. You can also if you wish just remove the stock cooler and use something like the AIO conversion kit or another 3rd party after market cooler for it. Just make sure you keep the stock cooler since it will need to be reattached should you need to RMA it.
