The maximum temp is up to 85℃ under load, while idle temp is about 45℃~50℃, is that normal? Does anyone have experienced this issue?

It is pretty hot but there are a lot of factors that can cause that.

    What is the ambient temps.
Does your case allow for enough air flow.

Check to make sure your case fans are running properly.

Since idle temps are pretty warm themselves, I suspect you may not be getting good air flow in the case. Try popping the side off the case and see if things cool down.

If that works you may want to add additional fans to the case if possible. If not, you may want to upgrade to a different case with more fan slots.

If your gpu idle is that high, your cpu may be as well.

What do you mean "under load", furmark or games?

In Furmark i hit 80°C easily but in games ( 99% usage ) BFV for exemplar my GPU Temps are maximum 72°C after 5 hours.

Yes your temps look normal, presuming they're on air.

Try using Precision XI or Afterburner.  Set a fan curve around 30% at idle and 75% at full load.  My 2080 XC Gaming never exceeds 65C.

Temps at idle in the 45c-50c doesn't seem all that normal to me. i would expect 35-40 ish.

Mine idles at 29c on air but i changed out the thermal paste.

Edit: never mind, i have the bigger heat sync, so i don't know that the normal temps on that card should be.

I had a buddy with the same issue. Of course he didn't have AC.

I'll hit 85 with my 2080 XC with an overclock and a game that really works the GPU well.

My case has only one fan but it definitely works well.

Thanks for the advice, I will try that later.

Exactly. My cpu can goes up to 45℃ when idle.

In games. I never run Furmark since the in games temps is almost unacceptable to me.

It's not just that, his ambient air temps are probably warmer than yours and you probably have more in case air flow as well.

Problem addressed guys. It is the very case. I put it in a new ATX case and the temps goes just fine, maximum 71, average 68 while playing BFV and BO4 with tuned fans curves, maximum CPU temps goes to 66, it's pretty cool for me. Thank you for your helpful advice!
