Yesterday I notice only one fan working for a few seconds and then all three fans start working as well.. since the VGA is new and expansive I worried... is that normal for this VGA?

Yeah, normal..If you run an iCX Cooling card without any software intervention such as when running EVGA Precision X1 for user fan control, the fans won't run until the GPU/Power/Memory temperatures reach approximately 65C.

Use Precision X1 if you want to use the predefined fan curves or create your own custom fan curves to override default fan operation.

Yep, thats my GPU. I find it strange, I know its normal when all three fans is just idle, when the GPU is chill, but never heard of only one fan spinning...

Don't forget that card has a Dual BIOS (little switch near the PCIe power connectors) that will normally run the GPU fan all the time when in OC Mode.

But normally when GPU temp or Memory temp or Power temp hits about 65C, those respective fans should come on..That's the way it should work.
