Hi, I recently got the EVGA RTX 2070 FTW3 ULTRA and upon installing it I downloaded precisionx1. When launching precision, I see my GPU's clock rate, temp, etc., so I know it recognizes the card. However, when I go to the LED tab and try to change it to anything other than the default static white, it does not work. I have tried restarting my PC, redownloading Precisionx1, even getting the steam version, and I can not seem to fix the problem. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! I apologize if there is another thread with the same problem, I was unable to find one.

Welcome to the Forum Did you also install LED Sync? Did PX1 update the Firmware on your Card? After you installed PX1 did you Power Down the Computer including turning off the Power Supply or unplugging the Power Cable?

I'm sure you tried it but just in case make sure you're hitting the "apply" button after changing the color. For me at least it wasn't the most obvious thing.

I did hit apply and save haha, I wish that could be the problem. I did install the led sync (i believe it was that little checkbox in the installer?) but I do not know if it updated the firmware on the card or not. How would I check that? In the meantime, I have not tried turning off power to PSU so that'll be my next step.

No luck with unplugging/replugging psu power cable. Could another program be interfering with the leds? I also have Asus aura, Cam (for cpu cooler) and razer synapse installed.

Remove or Disable "Asus aura, Cam (for cpu cooler) and razer synapse installed. " and then see if PX1 works.
It could be why PX1 no longer works.

Could this be a gpu problem or is it most likely a software issue. I just had to rma some other stuff and really not looking to do it again.

Just for the hell of it I installed the g skill rgb controller for my trident z ram and noticed that this software would not work either (which is not a big deal I can change it with asus aura). But it made me think maybe the problem isn't with Precision x1 but maybe some kind of permission on my pc that is only letting certain things control the leds? I do not know what would cause this but I thought it was an interesting thing I should share.

I have tried that as well, I am beginning to think there may be a problem with the card. I am just hesitant to go through the RMA process to find out it is not the card.

I'm having the same problem, but I actually manage to get mine to work.... for about 30 seconds. I clicked the LED Sync tab on the right ( ) and after about 10 seconds, this ( ) menu popped up and I was able to change the LED! Then I closed out of that box and have never seen it since. My colors have reverted back to default and I have no way of getting back to that. When I press the tab, it no longer works! So frustrating.

Oh! I have gotten to this menu but my gpu does not show up here. But for your problem go to the arrow at the bottom of the screen, sometimes when you exit it goes to there. If it is not there they showed me how to open it directly from the files and I can find that again.
