Is there any way to turn of RGB lighting without software as running in linux ? Thanks

Some motherboards allow you to do it via the BIOS, worth checking if your m/b supports this.

If you have a spare disk install windows and X1 and turn off the RGB there and save it It will save it to the GPUs memory and it will be off in Linux
You can try openRGB and install it and see if it works? I don’t know if it will or not

No, just the RGB settings.

If you're technically inclined, you could always simply disconnect the RGB power cable on the board. What card are you using?
