Cool GTX
May be posting this question in general hardware  section would get more responses?

Nice build in this log

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually just got a response from Oculus Customer Support.  Looks like the Compatibility tool is using the CPU version / generation number and not actual performance metrics, which is why some older CPUs that still perform very well shows as "un-supported".  They will not block any hardware from running Oculus Rift, but they can't guarantee how good the user experience will be unless using what they recommend or better.  Will just stick it out with what I have until I can test it when the Rift arrives in April.

Project Open Core: Liquid P5, Hardline Tubing, Illuminated System Panel

"Democracy is not freedom. Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to eat for lunch. Freedom comes from the recognition of certain rights which may not be taken, not even by a 99% vote. Those rights are spelled out in the Bill of Rights and in our Constitution. Voters and politicians alike would do well to take a look at the rights we each hold, which must never be chipped away by the whim of the majority."

When the RIFT arrives in April let us know what happens. I'm curious.
