http://www.primegrid.com/forum_thread.php?id=9915#155479 Welcome to the Geek Pride Day ChallengeThe third challenge of the 2022 Series will be a 5-day challenge celebrating geeks, freaks, nerds, dorks, dweebs, and "weird" people of all kinds! The challenge will be offered on the GFN-19 subproject, beginning 25 May 18:00 UTC and ending 30 May 18:00 UTC. May 25: ¡Feliz día del orgullo friki!Geek Pride Day originated in 2006, when Spanish internet personality Señor Buebo created the Del Día Del Orgullo Friki website. It was originally a celebration of enthusiasts of traditionally-geeky franchises like Star Wars, Marvel Comics and so on. Today, though, when terms like "nerd" and "freak" are still sometimes used as insults, it's important to have a day to remember who we really are: people who are passionate about something! Whatever you love to geek out about, whether it's Minecraft, black holes, or prime numbers, you are part of one of the coolest, biggest, and weirdest communities in the universe! To participate in the Challenge, please select only the GFN-19 subproject in your PrimeGrid preferences section. Note: The deadline for some of these WUs is longer than five days, so make sure your computer is able to return the WUs within the challenge time-frame. Only tasks issued AFTER the start time and returned BEFORE the finish time will be counted.

Been running for a while but it seems that I am running tasks that users have no clue that the hosts are not working and all their tasks error out. Bummer that we still have so many members that do not watch or maintain their own hosts. Then we have members like this( Aborted 904 ) https://www.primegrid.com/results.php?hostid=1077843&offset=0&show_names=0&state=5&appid=I think some members download only to cause issue for events coming up. Members need to set the cache to 0 so you can learn about what you are doing before you run any app form any project. All together I have found over 100,200 Aborted tasks, I have nothing else to do I guess

Quite late to the party. Just got back from vacation. Fired up a box. I'll get a few in before it's over.

I hope you had fun! Just don’t pass me in the standings and we’re all good.

Well, I got in last night and fired up a box. A couple ran fine when I looked then went to bed. Woke up and well over 400 errored over night. Rebooted into Windows and fired up PG, will see how well it goes. Good thing computers are private and no one will no I had over 400 errors!

Bummer, Was it a Windows Update that caused it?

It was a Linux box. I never did any GFN on it before If any of them were prime you’re welcome!
