Hi, I installed my EVGA 980ti yesterday - great card by the way - and having some difficulty with EVGA Precision. The OSD hotkeys I set up are not saved. No matter which hotkeys I use, they are gone when the window is closed and reopened. They don't work in any game either. Am I doing something wrong setting up the hotkeys are is that feature broken? Thanks in advance.

Assign an OSD hotkey then press Enter which will save it and should remain after closing/opening the Monitoring Settings window..Same with deleting an OSD hotkey: Click on it then press Del, then press Enter...Same with changing it: Click on it, press the new hotkey you want, then press Enter..Not all keys can be used as hotkeys, some are reserved.

The same also goes for when you change numerical values such as Harware Polling Period and Min/Max values, etc..Pressing Enter sets/saves the new value.

I do. Screenshot hotkey is set and saved but no screenshot is ever captured. The feature seems non-functional. I have to admit, as much as I like the hardware of the 980ti ACX, the software (Precision) is a hot mess. A lot is not working right (temperature hysteresis for example or screenshotting) and the usability is totally unintuitive. While I appreciate the feedback regarding how the OSD hotkeys are supposed to be saved, I moved to Afterburner in the meantime. It's much easier to set up and does everything I want to (custom fan curve, OSD, screenshotting, OC etc.)

Yeah I use MSI AB too..PrecisionX 16/15 gives me issues, same as a lot of other ppl..OSD works/don't work sometimes, game crashes, yada yada yada..Only other things I could say to try is deleting the EVGA\PrecisionX 16 folder after uninstalling and before reinstalling because the latest few versions don't have the clean install option like previous versions did..And not forgetting to press Enter or OK when making changes.

Screenshot does not work for me also with PrecisionX 5.3.5. Tried Reinstalling using bob16314 (Post #7) suggestions and pressing enter key and OK but still will not work. Also tried different keys. Just will not send screenshot to designated folder. System Information: Windows Home Premium x64-SP1, eVGA z77-FTW Ghz OC'd @4.50 Ghz 16g memory eVGA GTX690 with 353.03 Drivers 16g memory

After monkeying around with PX 16 and dealing with it's issues, yet again, starting with a fresh install with the EVGA/PrecisionX 16 folder deleted..With OSD on (which it is by default), then in the Monitoring Settings select what to show in OSD..Select a Screen Capture Hotkey and click OK..I tried F12, Num 0, C and some others..Combinations like Alt + C or Shift + C (or whatever) didn't work, sometimes..Initially, Screen Capture wouldn't work at all until I selected something to show in OSD from the Monitoring Settings..From then on, Screen Capture worked correctly whether OSD was on or not or whether anything in the Monitoring Settings was set to show in OSD or not..Seems like the OSD/Monitoring Settings had to be initialized and working first, then it was OK, time after time..Might not be that way or work for everybody but at least that's the way I had to do it to get it working..Just sayin'.
