Awesome work Opolis - I can really hear your footsteps as you are right behind me and about to pass me - throw out a high five man! BTW - look at what I got; That is 2 of 4 1080 hybrids I am replacing my 900 series cards with. I have 2 in one of my crunching boxes and it is cool and quiet. As opposed to my 980ti CLASSIFIED running at 71 degrees under load with powerful fans blowing on it. The hybrids never go above 48 and the fan max is 20%. HAPPY FRIDAY everyone!! ps - you can really see my reflection on the plastic lol

Nice! Going to hit some GPU projects hard when my 1080ti FTW3 arrives, but sadly it will be after the Pentathlon. My main rig has the "980ti, fans blowing max speed" situation LOL. I have been steadily working on WCG since I was so far down the list for our team...

I know we are in post your badges - but the first 980ti CLASSIFIED I bought burned up and EVGA replaced it. The new one runs hotter than any other card. With the fans blowing full speed.

My 980Ti have a EVGA Hybrid kit, one has the corsair kit & H110, and the TitanX will have the NZXT with a H90. The non EVGA kits do work quite well, thinking of modding the NZXT kit to make it work the way I want it to. Water is so much quieter that the stock coolers and so much cooler temp wise.

Could not agree more -but the hybrids are ready to go out of the box - water over the card. I could get the 3rd party watercooling kits and buy a better card that would be less expensive in the end- buy the RTG hybrid is fine for me. There is little to no fan noise in my house now that the cards are on water. The best 1080 hybrid is $809 or 890. That is a down payment on a nice ride. New Today for me; 100,000,000 for Amicable Numbers!! Wooooooo Hoooo ps. Good Morning and Happy Monday

Trophy from my last credit milestone finally got awarded... MagnesiumMagnesium is the third most common element in seawater (after sodium and chlorine) and burns with a super bright white flame. It's very easily produced in stars, so there's a lot of it out there - 13% of the Earth's mass is magnesium.

Nice job Opolis!! Congratulations robbysites! You earned Argon badge from project Skynet (Elementals) Argon is another of the unreactive noble gases. There's actually more Argon in the atmosphere than carbon dioxide (it's the third most common gas in the atmosphere.) I just picked this up from the challenge. robby
