GTXJackBauer If you're still interested on a non bay controller, have a look at the Aquaero 6 LT or their QUADRO controller. Both from the same company (Aqua Computer) and one has more features (6 LT) than the other as they both use the companies software (Aquasuite). Don't want to break it all down as there's lots to talk about and its a learning curve but great stuff to literally run it all on there. The Aquaero 6 LT seems to be sold out and has been out for a while, while the QUADRO is new and a much cheaper solution to controlling and monitoring your stuff. Check here for more info.
Oh nice, thanks - that's definitely going on my list of potential replacements. I'd love to stay with a bay/LCD but looks-wise they're all pretty bland and every device has people complaining about something related to functionality, most commonly the touch-screens. The one I have it works like 1 out of 5 presses. Seems like there are just no quality offerings in this product line. I do still like the idea of a display so thinking I may re-purpose my old iPhone 6S Plus, figure out a way to mount it and use an app that'll allow me to use it as an extended display then throw the CAM software readout on there or something.
what are Your thermals lookin like on gpu/cpu with that single rad ?

See previous page as someone already asked re: GPU. I haven't checked my CPU numbers in a while. I'm sure it gets toasty as the 24/7 OC is @ 5Ghz but I've been running that for over a year without a single problem. Well, other than reducing the lifespan of my processor :) I'll be moving to a 9-series within 4 months or so anyway. That's when I plan to ditch the fan controller and that'll allow me to mount a 480 rad. Ultimately I'm still committed to using a single radiator. The temps should be fine and it satisfies my obsession with lowest possible noise-levels and maintaining overall simplicity.

If you're still dead on for a display controller, have a look at the Aquaero 6 PRO and XT. Those are basically the same thing as the LT is just without the display and the XT's is touch screen but can also be inconsistent as well or at least for me since I've replaced it a couple of times. Maybe it's just my unit idk but still great cause I mainly monitor and control it all through my OS via Aquasuite BUT you could use the remote controller that comes with the XT because these units are standalone as well, meaning you can use them without a PC since they have their own internal memory and processing. Before I forget I should note after chatting with AC, the QUADRO is for PWM devices only so voltage control will not work with it.

Oh I didn’t see your response. Ya I’ll be interest in thermal/noise once you get your 9900k and 480 rad. That case looks so practical to water cool.

Gonna watercool eventually
Is it an XC or FTW3 ? Whats your OC and thermals under full load ? I have that same cooler just in a smaller case (define mini c). I'm rethinking my case setup because of this inferno of a card.

Its an XC Ultra, my thermals are somewhat high, 65-75c under load depending on the game with a 120fps gsync cap. My current case config is 2x 140mm noctua fans as intake and 1x 140mm noctua exhaust.

Thank you, its only a 2week old build. Started with 2080's because 2080TI's are soooo rare. then found 2 of them a week later and have to have them. Still need to pick up more sleeved cables. Added a few 28" UHD4k. Love these cards, Scored 12113 on 3dMark Time Spy Extreme.

jinihammerer Here is my TI FTW3 till i get it water cooled.
How do you like those Hard tubing LEDs? The manufacturer examples I've seen made one section of hard tubing light up pretty well but my guess is they might have added these things on all ends.

They work better when its a longer straight run and they are kind of wasted with the Opaque fluids, but I already had them to use. I just set em to white to light up blue liquid coming out of the CPU. Otherwise it just looks dark. GPU loops going to be UV green so it won't need any.
