I actually grabbed a RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 12G-P5-3967 off of Amazon last night and so did a ton of other real people.
Amazon added a button in the checkout process that may have slowed down the bots just enough to get one. They say it is being delivered Wednesday.

It was the same price as EVGA, $1399. Sold by Amazon and not a 3rd party seller.

No, but that is probably not far off. The bleeding edge folks (us in this thread, for example) are more likely to frequent these forums and report our times...and try to be at the front of the line. But everybody who signed up for the queue...on that first day...way less than 25%. So the list might capture [25 - 50]% of the first hour or so of registrants, but the percentage goes down dramatically after that. It is not a straight line graph....
