Happy to report that after missing the cutoff by an hour yesterday, I emailed them and they sent me a new email this morning. Card bought and paid. Now just need them to send it to me.

didn't see a thread for the FTW3 HC card (3969).
 
I'm going to pass on it though. I already got my XC3 and the FTW3 wont fit in my case. don't need two $1500 HC cards right now.

I got my order today and I am getting a clicking noise from the 3rd fan which occurs at all fan speeds. I just wanted to check if you guys have any thoughts. 
 
I updated to the latest firmware using EVGA Precision and I don't see any cables or obstructions with the 3rd fan. Any ideas? I have a youtube video below, I might have to RMA the card.

What speed is the fan running at % wise when it does this? I've read that under 30% this noise happens, 30% and above it goes away. Are you using Afterburner? Some have said Afterburner runs that fan under 30% and causes this noise. When using Precision X1, the fan is either off or at 30% and above depending on card usage at the time and no noise.

It does it at all fan speeds and I use Precision X1 only. When the card is off and I spin the fan with my finger it makes the noise. I am just going to do an RMA. Thanks!

Dang, that sucks. Doesn't sound like it's hitting a wire, more of a bearing sound, but you could double check the wires again.

How do I find my times I signed up for the queue lines for the each cards. When I fill out the auto notify , it says I've signed up already, but does not list the time and date that I did. I just don't want to miss my window to buy a card incase they never sent out an email to me.

I really hope this pace keeps up. I thought I could live using my 6800 to game on while my 30 series cards busied themselves with other...... tasks. but minecraft RTX at 28FPS and warzone below 4k to get 60fps and only 2 DP ports and a single HDMI make me wonder what everyone was talking about when they said AMD GPU were great.
