This is the card I have wanted since the 30 series was announced and the best queue time I have gotten yet. Don't let me down EVGA.

No movement since launch drop huh? Crazy crazy. I had really high hopes for this queue but apparently EVGA is f***ing around.

Hydro cards take the longest due to having to wait for both the GPU and the waterblock to come together. The waterblocks only get manufactured in small batches, so zero movement until the next batch is completed.

And now it’s come to light that the boards are actually different for HC cards. Same PCB, but some capacitors are different to better fit under the waterblock. So this extra/different process I’m sure introduces its own delay to the overall process.

here's some interesting information. I just got my RMA replacement 3080 Ti XC3 HC. (shipped 7/2).
 
my original card had SN ending 046
the replacement had SN ending 059, not many cards between them...
 
so I went poking around in the warranty checker to see how high the numbers went before they turned invalid. only valid up to 096. so they likely have only made less than 100 of these cards so far, worldwide.

Reopening this queue tracker list. Be aware that these cards are not performing to 3080 Ti FE card standards. No matter how cool you keep the card, it's not clocking up correctly. Please read through this thread prior to purchase.

Well despite the issues from that linked thread, I bought one anyway since it's still a huge upgrade from a 3070. I'll see if I want to keep it or trade it for a 3080Ti FTW3, regardless of what I end up with, it will be a 3080Ti used solely for gaming.

Thanks! I'll be in the process of moving houses in the next 2 weeks, so I'm kind of glad I was able to get it before I moved, but sad I won't be able to use it until I'm all settled in the new place.
