71stpsde Brazen, can you do a bench with my settings. 865/2100/1.075v and see where it's not working. Our cpu's are both at 4.2 with ht on. So I'm just trying to figure out if somthing is wrong.
Like I said, I can get almost 45K in vantage, but with Mark11 it's really low. Here is my score with my single card. My combine is higher than with two. 
Additionaly ... I can't use your voltage as every card is different (heck, my GPU2 needs .025 less to perform the same as GPU1). Second, have you tried reseating your SLI bridge?

Me too, but I'm not sure how close to the edge of running 3DMark 11 you are. I like to stay on the conservative side when it concerns other people's gear.

Crank up the overclocking on your cpu and gpu. I have the same setup and with a setting for my cpu @ 4.2 and my gpu at 900/2250 I got 6200. You'll love your new card.

P11829 System is actually overclocked to 4.29Ghz but its only showing 4089mhz in 3DMark11. Rest of my specs in sig. I suppose I could put in my old gtx295 as a physics card to push past P12000.

Just done a run on new settings and hit my highest score so far:- http://3dmark.com/3dm11/620537 beat my previous record by almost 300 and finally smashed throo the 5000 mark  I think pretty impressive score for an ageing Q6600!

PhysX is done purely by the CPU in 3DMark 11.
It doesn't use 'PhysX' at all. It uses the Bullet physics engine which as you point out runs on the CPU
