Think I hit the power limit wall with the OC bios.  I can get close to my PR HoF, but hard to beat.  Voltages over 1.2 tend to  show throttling.  All of my HoF scores has been 1.175-1.187.

@808sting guess its time for your to try the xoc bios, if throttling is your cap on the LN2 bios.

I've been using OC.  Does LN2 bios remove power limits?  Thought XOC removes power limits.  If so.... DOH!!!!

No LN2 bios does not remove power limit, it just allows more cooling with faster fans.
Xoc bios does remove power limit throttling to an extent.

also I'm on water so I can only get 2145 MHz on the 2080 Ti 
 
another funny thing is when I overclocked the 2700x to 4.3GHz I got a lower score than stock
