The same thing happens to me, I have 2 MSI GTX 1070 Armor OC 8GB which give me 0GB of RAM in the GPU-Z and I have already tried on 3 different computers and the same thing happens in all. The graphics does not work, that is, they emit video but they do not have any power, almost not even to show the desktop at 800x600. I have tried to overwrite the BIOS and nothing at all ... it does not solve it.
