    "You don't see any other company redesigning their cards this late in the game" -so many posts about the ICX, lol. This is the third card I have seen companies redesign recently, with Asus and Gigabyte resubmitted two cards as well. It's good to see refreshed cards coming out as Nvidia decides if AMD is actually a threat.
