PSU running loud

So, I have purchased an EVGA supernova 850g xc, it is spinning like crazy and I'm not even doing anything to make it run fast I'm not sure what the problem is, I'm not sure on what to do.
Also, this is my first build. 
 
my specs
MB: MSI Z790-P Wi-Fi
CPU: Intel i9 13900ks
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12A
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 16GBX2 5600MHz
SSD: Samsung 980 Pro M2.SSD
GPU: Nvidia 4080 Super
PSU: EVGA Supernova 850g XC
