Just an update on my opinion: The BIOS is not very good, it needs a lot of work (though that should be fixed soon with the upcoming BIOS update) the lack of 4xSATA Cables is just cheap, I mean we waited 5 months and paid $250, give us 6xSATA cables, DON'T BE CHEAP!! The mix of blue, green, orange, and red is ugly. The on board CPU temp is pretty nice though 'cause its easy for me to see, for others it may be pointless. Still I keep coming back to the BIOS because its the worst part of the product, I can't wait for the BIOS update, it really needs it.

kody7839 What about the BIOS don't you like, Arctic? it seems set up for mice but doesn't have support for them yet so its rather hard to navigate, it looks like an old BIOS, plus it lacks some of the features talked about a few months ago (which may be added in updates), I had use Quick Boot because the mobos was looking for HDDs it couldn't find Honestly its just disappointing considering the wait and cost.

So disappointing that I sent my P67 SLI model back for a refund. Could not control speed of chassis fans, device errors in control panel, and my favorite - could not get the BIOS to save my settings. Yes, I used the F4 key. I know that usually with a new motherboard the BIOS is weak, however since it took so long to get to market I thought they worked out the kinks. Guess I was wrong. Contacted tech support about this - "They were not aware of issues". That really pissed me off!

Well, if you had waited they would have an update out very soon, although "very soon" from EVGA has be known to equal 5 months

Well I just rebooted and the goram mobo couldn't find any bootable HDDs, so I cleared the CMOS and it still couldn't, I had to yank out the battery to get it to reset. Honestly I am now considering getting a refund, the BIOS is complete rubbish. :( Oh well rage over I think I'll go break the BIOS again

I set up my FTW without any major issues. There are always some issues with any manufacturer of motherboards. EVGA is no different. I'm up and running @ 4gig stable. Sweet! The bios are a lot different from earlier EVGA bios. Not hard to navigate and, as we are all savvy tech folks, not too difficult to take the time to figure out. I had problems with the boot-up looking for hard drives as well (am running a OCZ Vertex 3) but figured out how to get past that. Still a few bugs, but very easy to live with until the bios update is out. All motherboard manufacturers follow a board release with updates to fix issues. This release is no different. Hope you give your boards a bit of a break and work with them.

The only reason I'm annoyed is that we waited 5 months and paid $250 for something that doesn't work properly. IF they had released this day one I would be like oh well it'll take time to get the BIOS right but 5 months?? and its still far from perfect. anyway how did you fix the HDD bug?
