Holyyyyy.. a lot of people are on some other **** in that video unless I am missing something lmfao! 

Very LOW energy party there. Not to many people dancing to hard. People dont look very into the music. 
Parties like this are where people get the idea raves are all about drugs. When people aren't having fun at the party from the atmosphere and the music, they tend to find ways to make fun them selfs.  
Check out some high energy parties HTID in the sun or weekenders on youtube :3

No kidding. Listen to that music, it's a wonder people are not slicing their own throats.

Japanese horse race simulator.
You can visually guess how to start it, but I'll just explain what I've figured out so far.
To start just go to bet. Choose whether 1 winner, 2 coming in any order or 2 coming in exact order.
Choose your point bet and click the option to the right to start. The left lets you place a second bet.
Probably the most realistic horse racing game to date.
