MY Walk To Work, super nice!!!

I've been in Monument Colorado for 3weeks now. Diff feels like home being back in the mountains. I fin got a job King Soopers "Kroger " the store is awesome my coworkers are very laid back and sarcastic, it just feels right. I'm looking for a new place in North CS, current roommates aren't going to work, so I'm looking for a new place/roommates close to work. I'm not current on Public Transportation "no car atm".

Looking for hiking trails in NCS, I haven't had a chance to get to Garden of the Gods yet. I'm up for anything outdoors, and trying to make new friends, laughs....

Thx,
Shane

Last time I was in Colorado many many years ago I always remember the fresh air when it blew over the mountains. Really nice.

Most all trails and 4x4 paths are open by July, if we are lucky mid June that is in the High Country that is.
Below 8000-10000 feet most all trails are open May and 4x4 June.
But then it all depends on the snow fall and cold weather for that year.
One time it snowed in June down here in the Metro foothills.
