Anyone else seeing issues with losing the connection to master volume in the NU Audio (pro) control app? If I raise or lower master volume outside of the app (keyboard or Windows 10 sound settings), it is normally linked to the app's speaker volume setting. Sometimes, this link is broken and only manually moving the speaker slider in the app will get it to move. Basically, I need to use the NU Audio app to change the volume in my speakers/headphones and nothing else will work. I see this happen often enough to be really annoying.
Nothing of note in event viewer. Rebooting seems to fix it, albeit sometimes temporarily.
Update: This happens sometimes while up and sometimes upon boot.

    An update:
    I've nailed down further information on the issue since it keeps happening:
    When the issue occurs, I see the following in the Windows Event Viewer Application log (details below):

    The description for Event ID 26 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
    If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
    The following information was included with the event:
    \??\C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\NU Audio Card Pro\NUREGx64.sys failed to load
    Element not found

      </EventData>
      </Event>

    Of further note, if I open the Nu Audio Pro control panel and click on the speaker icon, I hear no audible *click* from the card. Adjusting the system or mixer volume/muting in Windows 10 has no effect. I can only adjust those settings from the NU Audio Control Panel. I also cannot seem to change between the speaker and headphone output even though the corresponding source 'lights up'.

    Restarting Windows usually helps, but sometimes I need to restart more than once to get it working again.

    OS: Windows 10 Pro build 19042.487

    Anyone else seeing this or something similar?

    Update: occurring on Windows 10 build 19042.610 (20H2 release) with the same error in event viewer. Sometimes now it's already errored upon boot and no audio until I reboot the platform again.

    It looks like its trying to boot the x64 nu driver from the x86 folder, which its not supposed to be doing. You sure you have the right download?

    Good point, but there is only one install/download, and it's labelled 64-bit. I'm installing to the default location, and the .sys file that is erroring does have "x64" in its name.

    It doesn't happen all the time either, but it is really annoying when I boot up my PC and I have no sound and have to reboot again. I guess I'll go through support proper at this point. Perhaps no one else is seeing this.
