Need help registering new gpu!

Hello, sorry for the newbie question I bought brand new 1060ftw from amazon but the name on the invoice is different can I still register under my name?Also I live in Turkey and it took more than 14 days to reach me so can I still use step up program (not sure if step up works in Turkey)

    Yes you can register the card, you don't have to upload an invoice, but not uploading an invoice, your warranty will start from the day EVGA shipped the card from their warehouse instead of the day you bought the card, assuming you bought it new. You won't get offered an extended warranty or be able to participate in the Step Up program without an invoice, assuming you bought it new.
     
    As for the name not matching on the invoice. Why does the name not match?
     
    As for Step Up. It is only available to the US, Canada and the EU Countries.

    The name on the invoice belongs to my cousin because on that time i was on holiday and I placed the order on his name and adress .So what will be the best solution create a new new evga account in his name and register or just don't upload invoice?

    I would do an account in his name and register the card if you want all the benefits.
