Every time I'm up in Manhattan NY I make it a point to stop in to Rubirosa Ristorante to grab a pie of either their Vodka or Fresca with mozzarella, basil and tomatoes. Down here in south FL we have a few decent places but nothing on that level.

I would argue that you haven't had pizza unless you've had pizza in Italy. I lived there for a couple years and go back to visit once every few years and I still can't find anything that I enjoy as much in the US.

I'll agree with others that said their kitchen.
Key is make the dough a few days ahead and let it proof in the fridge.
Really quality tomato sauce is easy, combine canned tomatoes with tomato paste and a little bit of herbs you like.
Shape the pizza, add sauce and toppings and cook at 500F+
